Lots of blogs seem to participate in "Wordless Wednesdays" where they just post a photo. I have dozens of photos that I'm kinda proud of, and while I'm also kinda worried someone will steal them and get rich (okay, maybe not), I might just take up the whole "wordless" idea. I'm not going to limit myself to Wednesdays however. You never know when you might be stuck for a blog idea.
So here's to (not so) wordless:

That looks like fun! What is it they're playing with? I like the random car in the background. You know, you could add a copyright disclaimer to your site that says all works, unless otherwise stated, are original and protected. I've seen other blogs do that. :)
Ok, my red neck is showing, huh? They're playing with PART of a field feeder for pigs. That part is kind of the top. There was a lid, and below that section it funnelled down, then widened again with little feed slots. Of course, when we first got it, we tore heck out of it, turned the lid into a big chick-brooder lamp, the base into a bon-fire site, and that cool part eventually became a brooding pen for the chicks. It became shorter and larger though. As to the copyright, I should state that. Though, if I understand copyright law, everything IS already copyrighted just by it's creation. People probably don't know that though...
You guys seem very creative and handy with your resources! I don't think I'd even know how to take apart one of those things, let alone turn it into a chick-brooding lamp.
You're probably right about the copyright, but I think you need to have some sort of date somewhere so that if there ever was a dispute you'd have dated proof of ownership. 'Cause, y'know, people are searching blogs for personal stories to steal. :) I worry about it, too, though and have thought of adding a disclaimer to my site. I guess I feel like everything I say is too boring for someone to want to steal! :)
