You're apricots are darling. May need more of the little ones, but I bet they are tasty all the same.
I don't know if you already know about H.R. 2749, but when I heard of it today I thought of you & your wonderful family. H.R. 2749 will be voted on by the House of Representatives today, before it moves on for a Senate vote. It is being fast-tracked and much of America doesn't know about it. This bill is a travesty & will destroy many (or most) small farmers. I wanted to let you know about it as you grow your own & purchase things from local farms. I just thought you might be interested if you didn't already know about it.
Cute, very cute. I made about 12 pints? or so of freezer jam before I left for Utah but most of apricots weren't done yet. When I got back the raccoons and porcupines had eaten almost everything! So I salvaged 2 bowls of half eaten ones and made a few trays of fruit leather. Pathetic.

I have the same problem but you made me laugh about it! I think we got 10 apricots off of three trees last year!
Briana, NO apricots this year for us! Late frosts messed up ALL the fruit trees in the area...
